Sarah A. Caroleo

I am an education policy scholar completing my doctoral studies at Johns Hopkins University.

 

I study the roles education policy, district leadership, and teachers in bringing forth equitable outcomes for historically excluded students. Some of my current projects focus on the effects of DEI-related instructional bans on K-12 teachers' equity-centered practices, teacher preparation policies related to learner variability, and disproportionality in special and gifted education programs.
